Whether it’s a sensitive matter or a personal request, you can count on me to handle it with complete discretion—no questions asked, as if you had taken care of it yourself.

Property Tour

I regularly inspect the structural condition of the walls, ensure that doors and windows close properly, and check that the mechanical systems are leak-free. My goal is to identify problems early on, thereby preventing major damage and unexpected expenses.

I regularly read and document the readings of the water, gas, and electricity meters, ensuring that consumption can be tracked and billing remains accurate and indisputable.

Property Preparation

Come home to a comfortable home. After a long absence, I’ll take care of the property’s climate control (cooling/heating) and restock the refrigerator and pantry with fresh, non-expired items according to your preferences.

Placement of household furnishings

I handle everything from procurement to installation—as long as it doesn’t require a permit from the authorities. All you have to do is enjoy the finished result—I’ll take care of the procurement, installation, and removal of packaging materials.

Presentation of Completed Projects

You don’t need to be there in person. I’ll check the quality and completion of any other services you’ve ordered (cleaning, maintenance, repairs), so you can be sure you’re getting what you paid for.
