1. Nature of the Service
The hometime.hu provides property management and maintenance services. It is important to note that the service does not replace activities requiring a license from the relevant authorities (e.g., gas or electrical work); in such cases, we will coordinate the involvement of a specialized service provider.
2. Trust and Access
The Service Provider is authorized to enter the property solely for the purpose of performing the tasks specified in the Agreement. We log every entry and stay, and document this for the Owner upon request (or automatically, depending on the package).
3. Liability
We strive to minimize risks from an economic perspective. The Service Provider assumes responsibility for the professionalism of the work it performs; however, it assumes no liability for malfunctions of the property’s mechanical systems arising from causes beyond its control or for cases of force majeure.
4. Pricing and Performance
Prices are determined in each case based on an individual agreement or the selected service package. Photographic documentation of the work performed is prepared, which serves as the basis for the certificate of completion.
5. Data Protection and Confidentiality
We treat all information regarding the property and the Owner as confidential. We only disclose information to third parties (e.g., external technicians) that is essential for the performance of the work.
